Integrative Blueprint Coaching

This is life transforming coaching based on Debbie Ford's book The Dark Side of the Lightchasers.

Using visualisations you will be guided inside to find the beliefs and commitments that are holding you back and that keep you repeating the same patterns in your life. You will be able to replace them with new ones that will serve you better.
